What is Irritating My Skin?

I think i might have keratosis pilaris but i am not sure because i am able to mash puss out of the bumps that i have and it is only on my arms and butt. What can i do to help get ride of it and what is it?

You probably don't have “Keratosis pilaris”. This disease affects girls from their birth and lasts until puberty; additionally there is no puss in the skin’s lesions (unlike your symptoms). You probably have some kind of foliculitis but you will have to visit a dermatologist to find out precisely what is causing your skin irritation.
