Acne, Skin Disorders Answer A253
Keratosis pilaris is a disease that affects girls from their birth and lasts until puberty. Keratosis pilaris, however, does not manifest puss in the skin lesions (unlike your symptoms). Folliculitis is one diagnostic possibility that could explain the symptoms that you are experiencing, but you will have to visit a dermatologist to identify precisely what is causing your skin irritation.
