I know this a little disgusting but...
I had my son 6 months ago ..And im on
my period right now..It will be my 3rd
regular period since delivering my
son...But the problem is ...From the day I
get off my period ..I still have this
smell of blood mixed with this rotten
smell..Its so nasty that I cant stand
sometimes to even pee...It last for about
a week ..Week and a half after my
period...Its starting to bug me ..I have
tried a douche and that still only makes
it go away a small amount..Me and my
fiance cant even have sex because it
grosses me and him out..(and yes I shower
daily ..Lol)
has anyone ever had this problem and does
anyone have a solution to get rid of
this...

I would definately make an appointment
with your obgyn. It is not normal to have
such a strong vaginal odor, even after
your period. A little odor is normal for
everyone at all times, but if it is strong
enough to make you and hubby gag, then
that probably isn't normal.
It could be that you have some type of
infection. Or, since you had your son 6
months ago, it could be that there may
have been some tissues, or something, that
didn't get expelled during the birthing
process. Whatever it may be I would
definately go see the obgyn to find the
cause of the odor.

Im not a dr but after having my daughter I
had a rotten smell with my period it was
just gross smelt like trash anyways at my
6 weeks appt after I found out I had an
infection of the uterus.
Honestly go see a dr dont take a chance
because it can get worse especially like
teach said could be something else but
better to have it checked, I needed
antibiotics and it helped...

appt. With my gyno in feb...So I will let
