I have taken my microgynon 30 pill 3 months straight with no withdrawel bleed at all.
I then stopped taking it all together until I came on again, then I took the pill as if it was my first time.
I had a normal 5 day long period, then about 3 weeks without one and now i'm back on.
The only problem is that i've been on for 2 weeks now and I don't know if that is normal.
I can't trust my doctor and as I have a man I don't want to go there.
Please someone help me, hopefully some one out there will know
thank-you
charlotte

Hello... Whenever women stop taking their birth control pills, and then start taking them again bleeding will result. It is very normal to have light mentrusal flow to heavy menstrual flow when you stop pills, and then start up again. Were you taking the pills to avoid menses? Many women here in the us take the pill for 3 months, then have a 1 week period.
