Can't Get to Sleep At Night And It's Affecting My Schoolwork Posted: 01-22-06 04:49am
I'm having issues getting to sleep at
night and it is greatly affecting my
school work. I will go to bed at 10:00
to 10:30 at night, but I will not be able
to fall asleep or become drowsy until, at
the earliest, 12:00am. No matter what I
do before I go to bed nothing makes me
sleep. I've tried herbal tea, warm milk,
baths, reading, watching boring history
shows, calculus, bio feedback, pressure
points and it has come to the point hat I
have purchased over the counter sleeping
pills, and even they do not work. I
would not be as worried about this if it
only happened for a few days but it has
been happening for over a month. I
thought that maybe I just needed a break
from college and going to mexico with my
family would solve this problem like it
always does, but it didn't. I don't know
what to do.
Any help would be much appreciated,
