Even without the presence of a uterus, the ovaries continue to produce sex hormones (estrogen/progesterone). It sounds as if you are experiencing a relative surplus of sex-hormones. The sex-hormones that used to influence the uterus are now most likely acting strongly upon the remaining target-organs (breasts are among them). You can use analgesics for pain relief. Nonetheless, you can visit your doctor and request a physical examination (palpation) and mammography/ultrasound check of the breasts.
