I've been very depressed the last two
years, lost my girl all out of a sudden,
my dad died, low confidence and
everything.
Been on amphetamine, flunitrazepam and
weed wit' alcohol a couple of times ,but
it's months ago.
Well I smoked a joint the other day n
suddenly I got a hardcore panic attack, I
didn't smoke more but the next day I
experienced several attacks, where I was
just scared to death and shaking out of
control for hours.
I also got the feeling that the world was
totally fake, and for a few seconds it
felt like my parents tried to controll my
thoughts and was type of aliens, also when
I watched tv it was like it answerd things
I said.
They say it's just normal panic/anxiety
attacks, but I don't know....
I'm scared to death for going
schizophrenic.
Can this symptoms be normal panic/anxiety?

I had a realy bad acid trip a long time
ago and for a month after I was okay
smoking weed. But then out of nowhere
prettymuch I just started to get these
panic attacks when I smoked so I quit.
Bad heartbeats like pounding and weakness.
All that.

Yea I had several attacks where I just
laid down on the couch shaking for
2hours.
But for a couple of seconds, when my mom
tried to calm me down, I suddenly knew she
was a alien tryin' to controll my
mind...
It just lasted for a few seconds tho

Hi, I work in mental health, & all I
can say is: it doesnt sound like u have
schizophrenia yet. But if u dont pack in
the drugs (all of em) then u soon could
have. I have seen it thousands of times.
One puff of a joint can set some people
off. Please, if u care about ur future -
stop the drugs today!!!

Well, I only did amphetamines 4-5times
about 3months ago last time.
Never changed me... So I guess it didn't
do any damage?
I will never touch it ever again tho.
My dad was a hardcore drugaddict, 2-3gs
amphetamine and 10g's of weed everyday in
many years.
He was in the loony bin like 20 times,
believing he was jesus and a lot of stuff,
but he recoverd from that so I guess it
was just druginduced psychosis.
Anyway, i'm just thinking if I were prone
to schizophrenia, it would been triggerd a
million joints ago?
I've smoked like 10-20joints everyday in 2
years now...
I'm taking a break from weed, indeed, but
i'd like to be able to take a joint now
and then later on in my life...
The last couple of days has been without
any panic, some extreme headaches,
feverish feelings, swollen eyelid on left
eye has been instead.
When I experienced this intense fullblown
panicattacks my mind would be thinking
thoughts like "we're stuck in the middle
of a universe we know nothing about and
all act like it's normal, how the medical
question?"
and these thoughts really made me freak
out, just by writing this I feel the fear
and thoughts coming...
Anyway, i'd be a lot greatful if you got
any more answers?
