Q: Help For All. No Nonsense.

Attraction is a science. The sweet science.

The biggest tool that you will ever have in life is your subconscious.

Once an idea is driven into your subconcious mind, it will stop at nothing to obtain it. (just be careful if you are bipolar).

It will change your thought process, body language and even the smell that you give off.

Learn to use your subconcious, and you will master anything.

So don't "just be yourself". Be what you make yourself.

Make the effort, and you will all be rewarded.

I promise.

That is all for now.

It was nice reading your post. I am also sure what you wrote about subconscious is true.

But may I ask you something ?

"once an idea is driven into your subconcious mind, it will stop at nothing to obtain it. (just be careful if you are bipolar). "

It Is Possible to Recover
Thanks kiemister.
"recovery is not possible and bipolar disorder can only be treated" is only a myth. There are many doctors in us who are adocating recovery treatments and practicing them and there are many who have recovered. You can visit for example http://www.Power2u.Org .
If you can manage the root cause - the environmental factors like stress , it is possible to recover. Medicines only treat symptomps and not the root cause. In fact that is the reson doctors say , some atleast , it is not possible to recover. If you take hold of your life and take psychotherapy if required and manage relapse triggering events and lead a desciplined life it is easy to be normal.

Thanks.
