Teen Pregnancy?
Posted: 01-20-06 10:14am

I've recently had a bad case of mono, and still have it however. I had jaundice due to my hepatitis and I was in bed for 3 weeks. I used to take the pill prior to mono however, had to go off it because of the illness. I've recently started having sex with my boyfriend and haven't gotten my period yet, and its been 31 days since the beginning of my last period. I did take 2 birth control pills last saturday. I took them 12 hours apart since I heard it has the same effect as the morning after pill. Also, I noticed today that i've lost 4 pounds in 2 days. I don't know if this can relate to anything but if anyone has any advice of info for me that would be great.

Hi the question is do you and your b/f use protection and you still can get preggo when on b/c and even more probably if your missing pills. But I would wait to see if you get your period and then take hpt to see. Ok but good luck and I have question what is mono I never heard of that???
Ok bye I hope I helped you some.

Well if you had mono you could be late because your body is working on getting that better and your body is stressing but I dont know for sure, I would suggest taking a test, ive never heard taking two pills is like the morning after pill, I doubt thats true
