Does anyone know if it's possible to have a positive pregnancy test if you've had a missed miscarriage?

A missed miscarriage is when the baby has died without any signs of cramping or bleeding and your body neglects to pass it. At this point, you either have to have it surgically removed or wait to see if it passes naturally after time. It's quite a disturbing concept, but i'm just wondering if it's still possible to test positive for a pregnancy test if you're no longer pregnant...??

Oh..
Oh ok...Do you think you've had a missed miscarriage or are you sure? The hcg levels should remain until the fetus passes. Once it has passed the levels plummet to almost nothing.

If you have experienced this I am so sorry. Hopefully you can find the courage to get through this. I know it's a trying time..But there is a reason for everything. God would not take a child if it were not meant to be with him.

Good luck and hope this helps.

Sarah
