I gave oral sex to a guy 3 days ago and I was looking in my mouth today (note: I had a sinus infection and my nose stilll seems to be draining, so that's why I looked.) anyways I noticed some white spots on my tonsils! Would std symptoms appear that quickly or do you think it's just conneceted to this illness that i've had for the past 2 weeks?
