Q: Back Pain Right Side

Hello everyone...My name is fran and i've been having for last 24 hours sharp pains on the right side of my back in the midddle with frequent urination. Could this be related to a kidney problem or does anyone think its something different...I've been working hard and think its just muscle pain..But i'm not sure. :?: frank
