Q: Paranoid??

Im almost 20 and I dont know why but I have this paranoia about not being able to get pregnant, im not ttc or anything right now I just really want to have children when im ready and I dont know if every woman has this worry at some point am I right? Should I be worried about this because I know my peak fertility isnt until my 20's?
