I was just diagnosed with mvps and it seems like it's a pretty debated subject. Some say it doesn't cause the symptoms like heart palpitations, chest pain, lightheadedness, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, but some say it causes so much more than that.

It seems to be causing almost every single thing that's going on with me right now, so those doctors can shove it for all I care. I'm not going on any kind of medication, and just knowing that I have it is actually making me feel better. I just hope you can find a doctor that will give you what you want/need to get by.

I am about same age as you, same deal with mvps since teens, I know its frustrating when u just take a xanax every month or so but they wont refill w/o appt. Mvps is controversial, have you ever tried the stand up test and take your pulse, it should jump 30 bpm which is a good sign for any dr that mvps/dysautonomia is present. I take magnesium taurate and hyrate 8 glasses a day , hang in there man
