my main problem is that iam skinny from legs, hands and face...i want to put on healthy weight around these areas..without turning fatty...do advice

Yes, you are skinny. According to my calculation (based on your height, age and sex), your ideal weight is about 59 kg. You have to eat more caloric food to gain weight. The food must contain proper amounts and proportions of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals. You can consult a nutritionist for an expert opinion. You may also need exercise for proper body formation.
