Q: Burning Sensations

I've had this same problem maybe once or twice in the past few years, it only lasts maybe for a few hours or a day and goes away.

Tonight I had a prickly burning sensation in the penis urethra and anus at the same time after urination and its going away as I type this (about 10-15 minutes after going to the bathroom). It has me a little concerned and was wondering what the likely cause is. There are no spots, unusual things or mucus at all. Everything seemed/seems normal except for the sudden pain, it wasn't like this earlier in the day.

Thanks.

Edit: oh and I think I should mention that i've never had sex or been sexually involved with someone before.

I'm twenty and haven't been exercising alot for awhile due to having no energy, headaches, etc. I have been getting in a half hour of walking daily for a week or so. Despite the lack of exercising though i'am not overweight or thin, I look like I work out even though I haven't for quite some time. 130lbs and 5ft 6in.
