I just started reading it, alot of info to
sort through. Still trying to decide
what to try. I don't mind taking pills
everyday, but if I have to take 20
different things and order them online,
etc, i'll never be consistent!
So I am trying to refine it down to the
essentials. Some others here have
stronger opinions on it.

That's the thing about his book. He
doesnt give a straight forward one size
fits all formula. That can be a good
thing and a bad.
Personally, I have no idea what I should
be taking and i'm a very active person. I
been weight training for years and I have
a good understanding of the effect of some
of these things (eg. Arginine). I'm
already taking vitamins (7 different kinds
in one pack) everyday and i've been using
whey protein for years! Because of this
i'm not sure if I should continue using
what i'm using and add more to it or dump
everythign all together and go for higher
end products. This for me has caused a
lot of confusion.
Hopefully we can get more insight on what
products are being recommended and why and
what's workign for peeople.

I think your suppose to find out what your
deficient in and supplement that area.
I am real unclear on the arginine...Am I
supposed to take l-arginine and
alpha-ketoglutarate or just one or the
other. He says all this stuff is cheap
but if you buy it all online ph.Grade (as
opposed to walgreens) it is not cheap at
all.
Choline: he uses 1000mg a day but if I buy
lecithin instead...It only contains 140mg
of phos-choline per pill. Am I supposed
to take 5-6 of these a day?
I am positive my serotonin levels are low
(anxiety disorder) but he only says 5-htp
can lift this and he says don't take more
than 1 bottle. Well, I have gone through
many bottles of 5-htp in my life and I
still think I am low on serotonin.
The book is not at all simple to read and
use, I have no clue how to control this
muscle he's talking about.
I haven't given up, just sort of lost on
some stuff...

Well, he suggests several supplements.
One of them is some type of lecithin for
the choline (or get choline itself). You
need to get the type that you mix with a
drink in order to get an amount of choline
out of the lecithin that would amount to 1
gram (1000mg). He suggest dividing it up
during the course of the day, presumable
due to the acidity of the stuff.
I would not recommend taking the choline
late in the day/evening as it can wire you
up. According to ritz, you should take
this with b-5 (pantothenic acid)
he also recommends taking arginine for the
no.
Reading between the lines, I would say
that the multi-vitamin he recommends is
the one by "life extension". He states
at a certain point in the book a number of
ingredients a good multivitamin would
have. When I typed those into google,
life extension came up. I know this
company and they are reputed to have very
good products.
Ritz also promotes builing up the
serotonin levels. He recommends 5-htp to
this end.
Of course, there are more and even taking
the above would depend on your particular
needs.

I'm new here, but this is one of the only
places i've seen alan ritz mentioned. I
am 19, and I recently bought his book, but
i'm concerned about taking supplements and
such. Does anybody know whether the
things he suggests may have any adverse
effects due to my age?

Sorry guys, but alan ritz (if that is his
real name) is a fraud. Dont you find it
weird that the reviews for his book on
amazon.Com are wriiten in the same style
and form? Isnt it odd that all the
reviewers used their real name? Isnt it
odd that when you click on the link that
shows what other products the review has
reviewed, nothing else shows up!? Could
he have just posted all those reviews?
A couple days a go, I saw some negative
reviews, one star, come up on the page and
the next day they were deleted. Hmm....
Its clear that this guy decided to self
publish an overpriced book promising
outrageous results to a group so easily
marketable. Hes probably laughing all the
way to the bank right now. It sucks, I
know. I also bought this piece of
garbage...

Alan Ritz's Book Posted: 02-16-06 13:33pm
Hello to the group, this is my first post.
I am awaiting mr. Ritz's book and am
wondering if the members of the group who
have read it could give a review of it, I
will also review it after I read it. I
agree that the claims made of the book are
huge, but what if they are true. Perhaps
the reviews on amazon are real, and the
reason the people use their real name and
have only posted this review is that they
truly believe in the book. Maybe the
negative reviews were posted by authors of
competing books on the subject. Just
another view of the situation. Anyhow, I
have been dealing with pe for too many
years and have tried all of the "cures",
but yet here I am still dealing with it.
So am I praying that these claims are
true, yep!!! Thanks for you time folks.

Is Ritz a Fraud Posted: 02-19-06 12:37pm
Hi.
My first post too. I ended up here by
googling the vip muscle to help decide if
this book is a crock or not. Have found
several references here to ritz and an
apparently related method by jin.
I agree with blackbird that the reviews on
amazon seem fraudulent. Especially the
one that praises the organization of the
book. This is without a doubt the most
poorly written and disorganized book i've
ever read. It wanders so far off topic
at times that it seems he just sat down
one day and started writing with no plan
as to organization or scope. This makes
him a poor author and possibly a deceptive
marketer but not necessarily a fraud.
This book is content rich. There is a
wealth of information in it. I started
with no prior knowlege of the biochemistry
of erections. After the first read I
ended up with ... No useful knowlege on
the biochemistry of erections and no
useable plan on how to proceed. Not
because it wasn't there... But because it
was so poorly presented.
But i'm now going through the book for a
2nd time and essentially rewriting it for
myself, reoganizing the info in a format I
can refer to and extracting lists of the
various supplements ritz recommends. I
now have a good understanding of the
biochemistry at the core of his
recommendations. His approach now makes
sense to me and I hope to soon have a plan
for which supplements to take and how
much.
I'm not a doctor but so far I haven't read
anything in these forums that contradicts
the basic ideas in this book. I have
read here very similar recommendations
that some have claimed to have been
helpful. I am hopeful that I will see
some benefit from ritz's book, or these
forums, I don't really care which
for the record my reason for purchasing it
is pe.
I can maintain an erection for a long time
(well.. Long enough) if masturbating or
being fellated but once I penetrate can
rarely last more than a minute. Unless
it's my 2nd encounter in a short while.
I am 50 and have been like this as long as
I can remember. I also experience very
little sensation when I ejaculate. Most
of my sexual pleasure comes from watching
my partner's pleasure.
I would like to keep this thread going as
a way for those of us making our way
through this book to help each other and
share results.
I haven't yet begun taking the supplements
as i'm still trying to put that list
together. But I have begun the daily
massage of vip, pc, testicles and the base
of the penis and have found my vip (i
think) and been able to isolate flexing
it.
I do have a question. According to ritz,
my age group should only ejaculate once
every 2 weeks. He implies that the
increased pleasure i'll experience from
vip induced multiple-orgasms will more
than make up for this. Aren't
ejaculating and orgasms synonymous? Is
he suggesting that the two can be
separated? If so, has anyone had any
luck doing so?
Does anyone else have any results, good or
bad, to share regarding ritz's book?

I think you summed it up pretty good
harryh.
Poorly written, but has good info in
there.
Spends more time talking about how to
control your woman than explaining the
vip muscle usage (which happens to be a
major claim of the book).I still have no
idea what to do with this muscle, I just
know where it is.
I don't need advice on pocket sweet spots,
how to talk to my children, or to kick out
a gf if she's lying. Also, trying to sell
me your next book when you've yet to back
up the claims of this one is a bad idea.
It's a wandering stream of info that would
get a failing grade in any english class I
ever took. (much like this post!)
and yes, some of those reviews are
obviously planted. As a matter of fact,
after reading the book and getting a feel
for his awkward writing style, it's
obvious to me that he wrote at least a few
of them.
That being said-- $23 is not alot of money
and I am glad I own it.

A question. Can someone else with the
book (or anyone who happens to know the
answer) please weigh in on this?
On pgs 37-40 he talks about the benefits
of gla rich oils in improving the
elasticity of penal tissue to allow
maximum growth. Not from flaccid to
hard, but to increase the size of your
erection over time. The discussion also
talks about the role of collagen – to
stiffen & thicken your skin.
He further says that from the age of 25 or
sometime in your thirties you will lose
about 1 inch of length over time due to
reduced collagen levels and
non-replenished dht receptor loss.
Then recommends collagen replenishing
cream to maintain overall skin tone and
minimize size loss. However, he also
states that as a reader of the book we are
“perfectly prepared to … to fight [the
loss of size]”, implying to me that the
gla rich oil treatment should be
continued. So i’m not sure, being
well over 35, whether I should use the gla
rich oil, the collagen replenishing cream,
or both?
Any opinions on this?

Alan Ritz - Real Or Fraud Posted: 02-24-06 01:39am
I would advise anyone not to buy this
book, at least not new. Having studied
some pathophysiology, I found his info on
nervous system chemistry possibly viable.
However, after that the info, as others
have already written, was scattered,
disorganized, confusing and sometimes
contradictive.
I am no grammar star, but I did graduate
from college and with all the absurd
grammatical errors in this book, I
seriously thought english was not this
author’s first language or that the book
was poorly translated into english.
Simple grammar mistakes in a "published"
book do not give rise to the validity of
the information or the author.
Also, tell me how do you trademark a
muscle as he has with the “vip”
muscle. Type that in a search engine and
of the millions of sites the only other
mention of it is a type of a golf club.
I’m sure his response would be that it
is because of his trademark. By the end
of the book, when he suggest whipping out
the plastic vagina in the middle of sex
with your partner and screwing it instead
to prove your commitment to your partner,
I knew then ritz was wacked.
Trying to keep an open mind, I am trying
to go all in on the supplement aspect to
see if this is valid (i bought the
supplements before I was told by ritz that
screwing a piece of plastic is 99% like
the real thing). I have been trying the
supplements he recommended once I figured
out what I think he is suggesting. As for
the vip muscle, I have my doubts. All I
can feel is my pc in the location he has
said the vip to be. It has been one week
and thus far I have had zero results. I
am doubtful it will work, however, the
money has been spent so I plan to keep at
it. I’ll let you know how it turns out

He mentions his mother and sister at some
point and they both have indian sounding
names so I assume he is the same
nationality. Well, as he might say
english is certainly not his "ace in the
slave".

Hi all.
I have read on this forum some good
info..I have also just bought the book of

I must say his info on the vip muscle is
very bad explain.Have it cost to much to
make a pictures on the muscle in the
book.
Some easy drawn pictures to explain little
more detail..
The book is about this amazing vip muscle
he told everybody to stop use the pc
muscle for erection and premature
training. The tao system and kamasutra etc
that have use this for many years it all
wrong he said..
I can live whith that but then he must
show ous what he talk about and give ous
good info about that. And prove that pc
muscle exercise is not good..
But I cant find proof for that..I have it
hard to find this vip muscle.Like whith
all things in life,we are little insecure
whith new things but if someone show ous
carefully and in detail so we understand
it then its no problem..
Then the all supplement he talk about,i
really dont now what to use.He mention so
dam many differents vitamins..It seems
like he use more vitamins then
bodybuilders..He,,hi...
I want to use say about 3-5 max each
day,but in his book he talk about so dam
many,in the end I dont now what to use..
He then talk about he talk to a young boy
that like to use extacy and give him 3
vitamin to use to ahve better
erection. Then he change and talk about
some other vitamins. But I dont understand
what the boy will take in the end..Did he
use all 3 or only this amazing honeymoon
vitamin..
Sorry to vein, but it hard to understand
this book..Why cant he say use this 3
vitamins if u cant find this use
this..Etc..Something like that..
He have many info in his book, thats
good..But is sounds like a teenager wrote
about his summer break and have smoke some
weed..
He say something good in the book and u
want to now more then he suddenly change
and talk about girl friends and use sex
help..
Sorry to complain I like the book in some
ways but am use to learn something useful

problem I have..He,,hi and give me some
easy and good tips I would be most

I just bought the book. I got the
impression that the author's "english"
probably derives from a form of pidgin
language used in bombay or calcutta.
Surprisingly, several safe supplements
appear in alan's book. Certainly l
arginine is recommended by no less than
the noble prize laureate dr ignarro. Dr
ignarro has a website, "www.Ignarro.Com"
i notice that many of alan's vitamins also
appear in dr ignarro's book. "no more
heart disease."
just to be safe I will stick to only those
vitamins and supplements which are also
found on dr ignarro's research.
Overall, I am impressed with some of the
supplement advice.
But I am not yet certain that I have found
the "vip" muscle. Nor am I certain as to
how much I should use it. Alan claims -
contracting the vip too much can cause a
muscle "fever"???
Whatever that "fever" is i'd prefer to
avoid it for now.
Can anyone describe or send an anatomical
drawing from the internet that might
precisely indicate where the vip is? If
it's real, there should be a medical
drawing available somewhere on the web.
Of course if it exists, the name for this
muscle will be some whacky latin-medical
term.
Any tips on how to contract the vip
without contracting the pc muscle?
At first try, this feels like mission
impossible.
In answer to someone else's question.
Yep, ejaculation and orgasm are not the
same same event. There is a wealth of
credible literature on this subject at
jack johnston's website,
"www.Multiples.Com"
80% of this book will be relegated to the
trash bin of history.
But, there is a remaining 20% that I find
intriguing.
Or, am I - are we - all searching for a
"holy grail" that does not exist?

(first off, this is not my native tongue
so pardon me.)
this thread is turning out to be a
recovery group for alan ritz victims. I
personally joined this forum because when
you google his name, everywhere else you
just get recommendation after dubious
recommendation about the book: the same
exact text in several book review sites.
(there is an interesting thread in an
aimoo help forum, where obviously mr.
Ritz himself had asked to delete a
negative review of his book. ) this is
the only place where it's actually
discussed.
It's just unreal how stalinisque the
internet can be.
The book is a mess. The author has...
An interesting personality. (i actually
kinda feel sorry for him. ) i've read
the book several times now, have taken the
supplements (i'm a recreational bbder so
there was not much new), have tried his
vip method of orgasming for weeks (it's
the prostate gland, not a muscle btw), the
whole 9 yards... Simply doesn't work.
The guy is ingenious in one way: in using
the internet and ebooksellers to market a
substandard book. I recommend using your
money on some flavored condoms instead.
:)
