We burp, belch and fart an average of 12 times a day. But why do we have gas? And what is intestinal gas?...the basics here....
Intestinal gas forms from two main sources - swallowed air and bacteria in the intestine. Plus, learn which factors to avoid to decrease the likelihood of gas....
How much gas is normal? Usually symptoms of gas and flatulence are more bothersome than serious. But learn when you should seek help for excessive gas here....

It's very normal not to reach orgasm during intercourse alone. Most women need clitoral stimulation. He can touch you with his fingers during sex, or you can do it yourself. He can also give you oral sex before intercourse. Many women reach orgasm easily that way.

Or you can go out and buy a vibrator and experiment with it,and maybe even experiment with your man if you are both comfortable with the idea. From there you can learn what part of your clit you are more sensetive which will bring you to orgasm! Hope I helped out

I have only had an orgasm from clitirol stimulation(whether i'm recieving oral sex or im getting fingered) how on earth is it possible to have an orgasm with a man just simply just thrusting into the vagina.

I know some women finger themselves but i'm a firm believer that if I can make a man come without him touching himself then he can at least do the same for me(regards intercourse). I mean don't get me wrong it does feel nice.On a scale of 1-10 I would say about a 7 but how can he give me an orgasm.

I mean I whine and grind when we do it but still the hope of an orgams is still just a hope.I dont want to wait til im in my 40's-no way. I want it now!!

My boyfriend and I are having the same issue. He's the third person i've ever been with and ive never had one before. He's been with quite a few girls before and he said all of them "went" everytime. Either something is wrong with me or they're all just big fakers! Haha well, i'm glad to know that this isn't just us. Perhaps women can't have an orgasm other than clitoral stimulation?

31% of women can have an orgasm by just intercourse alone. That means the other 69% of us have to work for it. Every time me and my boyfriend have sex I touch myself, because it is the only way I would ever be able to get off. I have been with my boyfriend for 3 years and he has gotten me of 2 or 3 times all by himself. Definitely get a vibrator too for those nights when you dont feel like putting the effort of getting off, but you want to. I use mine probably once a week and my boyfriend loves it and he also loves it when I touch myself. It turns him on so much. If you are too nervous to have an orgasm for the first time in front of a guy, then try it by yourself. Have fun!

Totally Normal....
I used to have the same problem- I was with a few guys before someone finally made me cum. I think in most cases, for women- it's really your mental frame of mind too. Try not to think about it. Just enjoy it. Moving against your man as he thrusts helps too. I haven't cum with my new bf with him just being in me yet- but I usually cum when he gives me oral. Clitorial stimulation is a definate winner.

Another idea- have you heard of the "rabbit"? Go get one. They have the super charged one that costs about 150. The more your body is used to getting orgasms- the easier they will come to you. And - you'll now what turns you on- and you can inform your man. Some times they can start to pressure you into having one- but it just doesn't work that way. Most times you wont cum during sex. They have to put in a little more effort. I.E.- go oral. And if they really want to see you satisfied-- they'll do it.

For me-my guy making me cum and having an orgasm are 2 totally different things. When you cum, it is because he has stimulated your g-spot which is located inside your vagina-when the head of his penis hits it the right way, it makes you cum. Sometimes I dont even realize when I am cumming until I feel the wetness. Having an orgasm is different-thats the good stuff. Thats when your clit has been rubbed enough to cause you to feel reeeaaaaallly good. You'll know the difference when it happens. For guys, generally, cumming and having an orgasm happens at the same time. Hope I clarified everything.

I have this no climax problem myself. I can easily by myself. I've discovered that even though I love my guy...He really just doesn't turn me on. He doesn't make me feel excited or anything normally so how could I feel it during sex? Kind of sux for me! But what can I do now? We're kinda stuck together since we have a family now! He treats us good so could be worse. This is my sacrafice for my family! But damn it would be so nice to have really good sex!

you can take supplements for women. Sentia is intended especially for women who can’t have an orgasm. My wife never had orgasms before trying it. It was a real epic when we were looking for the method of how to solve this problem.

you mean sentia? As I know, it's a composition from herbs and vitamins. I don't remember the contents thoroughly. The information might be in the web.

does that really work? I have been with me guy for 6 years and have faked it every time but I don't know if I am comfertable enough to ask him to do that? I guess I will have to work up the nerve to say something. That sucks why can't we just get off like them!!!

Don't Sweat It
The only time I can have an orgasm is if i'm touching myself while we are having sex or oral sex. Oral sex works like a charm. You should try it.

I had this problem for awhile. I don't know if this will work for you, but after trying vibrators etc. and had no luck, I discovered the Coital Alignment Technique.

If you google this, there is A LOT of information on how to do it. In the tradition way, it's done with the man on top, but I highly recommend trying it with the woman on top. When you are on top of him, move your pelvis down just an inch or so lower, so your clitoris is up against the base of his penis/pubic bone. Instead of doing a thrusting motion, do more of a "grinding"/rocking back and forth motion rather slowly. It may take a few minutes for it to really build up but it makes me orgasm every time. Having him tilt his pelvis upwards may help a bit too.

I know for me this helped a lot. I was one of those woman who could only even get herself to have an orgasm through masturbating if I had a pillow between my legs and humped it. This produces a very similar effect.

I hope this helps, and good luck!
