I am filing a law suit against a plastic surgeon in oregon, on my own, with no lawyer, and am looking for anyone who has filed a law suit using res ipsa loquitor as there basis of claim. The main reason for my breast reduction was for pain relief in my shoulders and not for cosmetic purposes. However, after my surgery, I discovered a large indentation under my left breast due to too much tissue being taken out of that area, which, of course, the doctor has no idea what had happened! Even though I did not go in for cosmetic reason, I did not ever think I would come out of this surgery with such a deformity. I need case law referring to res ipsa loquitor-anyone have any info?
