I got a back pain in the upper right side of my back a few days ago. It's not as bad now, though.


But I have a question. Is the way I sit down bad for my back? When I play video games on the couch, the couch is paralell to the tv (it's a love seat) and I lay on the couch with my back on one end and my legs on the other. Basically, i'm "taking a load off." I turn my head to the right to see the tv and use a big pillow that goes all the way down to my back, and a neck pillow on my neck. I play video games for a long time but take bathroom breaks every hour.


I've been doing this for years. I have only been using my neck pillow for like a year, though.
