Maintaining Low Weight Without Using Phenteramine Posted: 01-18-06 08:25am
I have been taking phentermine under a
doctors supervision for almost 3 months.
I have experienced amazing results. I do
cardio for 45 minutes, 5 times a week, and
have changed my eating habits. I am
almost finished with my prescription, and
I am looking for an over the counter drug
that will help control my appetite. I am
not necessarily looking to lose more
weight, just to control my appetite so I
can maintain my current weight. Do you
have any suggestions?

Your weight is quite normal now. To
maintain current weight without using
phenteramine it seems most important that
you make a change in your life-style. To
begin, you can seek more physical
activities and eat proper amounts of
fresh, organic foods. To develop a more
precise food menu, you can seek expert
advice from a nutritionist.
