Q: Lack of Sexual Desire

I'm currently with a girl of 2 years and I just have a lack of sexual desire with her I think. I love her to death, we're going ot get married. When we do have sex, she turns me on so much to the point where I dont last long inside of her. The problem im having is acutally wanting the desire to have sex. Not just with her, but with any girl. Im so tired all the time alls I want to do is sleep. I can only think about how much work sex is going to be. When I want sex though its great. The thing is im horny all the time though. Like I have no problem getting tuned on on the internet and taking care of it. I have no problem being hard and getting hard when I want to be. But why dont I want to be? :( any advice or ideas would help out me so much. Im only 23.

How often do you masturbate? What's your diet like? Do you exercise? Are you on any medication? Are you under any stress?

I dont really masturbate that often much anymnore. My diet isnt really consistant. Junk food, healthy food mix. I do not really excersie. Im on no meds and im under a fair amont of stress, but nothing major. My sleeping pattern isnt regular either.
