I have been off of birth control for 5 months after using them non stop for 5 years. Ever since I quit taking them my period has been shorter about 3 to 4 days and seems to come every 21 to 23 days. Is this normal? Please help me and thank you!

That's completely normal. Your body is just regulating itself, whereas the pills were regulating it before. I've been off the pill before, and my cycle was around 23 days and I bled heavier and longer. It just depends on your body's normal cycle.
