I am a 27 year old female, wife and mother of one. My lack of interest in having sex is starting to cause problems with my husband. I have been off and on several different anti depressants in the last few years and know that could be causing it. I am on lamictal now, and this isn't supposed to effect my sex drive, so maybe I will get some desire back. I am attracted to my husband. Wondering if anyone else has had similar problems. Want to have another baby, kinda hard if I don't want to have sex. Need some help. Already seeing a pyschologist. No help in that area.

dont stress over it ...That might be causing some problems..It might just be one of those stages in life that soon disappear...But there are medications for this problem ..Maybe you should talk with your doctor about which one would be right for you...Good luck with ttc..

Not Given Enough
:? Im not for sure how or when I changed.I got with my husband in 1988. Have 2 sons. When I met my husband I wanted sex 6times a day or 6hours long or I would be mad or a bitc-. Now for the past 5years I have almost driven our relationship out the door. I am going though menipause. Im 35 he is 40yrs. Love him and I dont know how to please him anymore. Im just not got sex on my mind anymore. He is very creative with sex to please me thats not a prob. Any ideas or how can I get back on track? Thanks

Like I said to the other woman,they have womens viagra you can take.Just ask your doctor or a psychologist and i'm sure it will help your sex drive and your marriage.Hope it works out!

I have the same problem. Im 23 yrs old...No kids though and I have no sex drive. I can't even really get turned on by touch most of the time. I was on anti-depressants but I weaned off of those thinking it would help and then I got off birth control thinking it could be that, but that didn't help either. I'm so frustrated. I find my boyfriend very attractive, I just don't like sex....

Could It Be....
If you are taking depo for your birth control method then that might be your problem. Depo makes your sex drive go down, so try something different.

I have the same problem. I'm 23 and over the past year or so I have zip for a sex drive. My doctors always tell me it's the birth control pill, but I don't want to go off it because I don't want to get pregnant. However, how could I get pregnant if I have no sex drive and don't want to do it? I know it frustrates my boyfriend and I feel awful about it. My boyfriend is a hottie and I love him to pieces, but I just never ever ever want to do it. I also have yeast infections non stop which doesn't help.

Hey, I am on a breast enhancement program called femax and one of the added benefits to the program is an increase to libido, sexual desire, ease of achieving orgasm, and lubrication. You can just buy a product for just the sexual benefits without the breast enhancement which is cheaper and it also improves your hair skin and nails. Or you could just do the breast enhancement and even if you dont want size, everyone needs a little firmness and lift, right? Also another suggestion would be to go to spencers or a headshop and get some sex board games. Those really help.
