I have spots on the flap of skin between my tongue in the back and where it connects to the tonsils. They only hurt once in a while. They have been there for about 1 month. They look like little pimples, any suggestions?

It is difficult for me to say what it is because a physician requires a physical/visual examination of mucosal changes before proper diagnosis. The spots, however, are probably an infection of the oral cavity. You can visit an ENT-specialist for a thorough examination.
