How Long Does It Last? Advice Please-asap

How long does implantation bleeding last?
Can it be as long as your period and really not be your period but you think it might be it?
I dont know.
I had a blood clot and thats the only one ive gotten and now my "period" is very very light and it goes away and it comes back and its not even enough to fill a pad or a liner or anything. My periods are always regular and I always know when they come but it wasnt late its just very light and very strange. My boyfriend and I had sex 3 times around the time when I ovulated and I am hoping I got pregnant but I cant tell and im scared cuz we have been trying for the past 3 months and if im not pregnant does anyone have any suggestions on what to do to help me conceive? Can someone tell me stuff cuz I dont know.

I suggest you take a pregnancy test. I had what I thought was my period wich was light some days a little heavier others and barely there other days (i had bloodclots too) the bleeding lasted quite long for me (longer than anyone else that I know of) but my hormone levels were still showing that I was pregnant even though I was bleeding.

Is it safe to use a tampon during implantation bleeding for a couple of hours so it doesnt get all gross and messy?
Or is that a bad idea?
Does anyone have anything like advice to give to me...I really need some.
Thanks to everyone also!!

I dont really need to use a tampon or anything at all its just so light but I dont want it to make a mess within a couple of hours.
Can I still have my period and be pregnant or not?
My boyfriend/fiance and I have been trying for 2 months now.
Im really hoping I am pregnant, but if not I still have more time and anyways does anyone have any suggestions on what to do to try and get pregnant or make it easier or anything??
Please would certainly appreciate it.
Thanks!

You can use a tampon. Don't think it'd hurt anything. Just use one of the lites, and after the bleeding is over, rinse yourself out (but not with a douche) that way you don't get an infection.

Yes, you can have your period even when you're pregnant. Best time to take a test would be a day before your expected period. I wish you the best of luck!

Im not going to test for awhile.
Maybe a couple of days.
Im just scared that it will say negative.
Im worried.
My so called "period" has been very very light and off and on for the past 5 days.
Im just not sure if I can still have this so called "period" and be pregnant at the same time.
But does anyone have any advice or anything about easier ways to concieve or different ways on what to do.
I need advice if im not pregnnat(god I hope I am)

I am not trying to be rude but I honestly think I could not give advice to a 16 year old on how to conceive. I would feel very wrong doing that. Sorry :(

I am only 20 but 16 is waaay to young to be trying to conceive. Reguardless of how mature you think you are or claim to be, it is just too young. And I would hate to think that my advice helped this young one conceive. Her mom would kill me!! Lol....

On the topic of implantation bleeding, I didn't need a tampon at all. I had a light brown discharge only after I urinated on the last day of the brown discharge, I got a tiny blood clot when I wiped. I actually thought that it was my period finally coming down. (due to the stress of surviving hurricane katrina). Everyone is different though...Some people experience implantation bleeding and some don't. It's a complicated situation.

Thanks to everyone who has given advice.
To let everyone know, im not 16.
Im 18 and I just turned 18.
And also I know im still young and all you people have your own opinions and I really dont need people coming on here telling me im too young and that I should go to school or live my life. I can do those things even if I am pregnant.
My fiance and I have agreed that we want a baby and are going to try for one.
But if anyone else has anything to add, please do so.
Thanks!

I didn't.
I mean I did but im not 15.
Im actually 18.
I dont want people to come on here and lecture me okay.
I just need some advice and some help because this is what I want and im also scared and worried.
I mostly just need advice and maybe some people to talk to.
I dont have a mother or a sister that I can talk to. My mother would never like what im doing or trying to do because she is now against women having children before they are 35. My sister doesnt understand me(shes younger).

Sorry babycakes but if you are 18 then why did you post in another forum "how to get amancipated from your parents" honestly honey why rush, you have all the time in the world. It sounds like you are doing this to get away from you parents, but see the reality of the situation please. I am not here to lecture you, sorry but think of the child.

It is her business if she wants to have a baby. That is as long as she can support it without the government having to and is ready to take on sleepless nights. There is alot to consider when having a baby, age is not one of those things. I am a young mother. I am 22, had my son at 19. I am a better mother than most. But on to the original subject. Implantation bleeding should just be spotting, it shouldn't be a light flow. It shouldn't even last a day. Just a spot or two around 7-10 days after you ovulate. If it occurs later than that it is probably your period.

Turns out im not pregnant after all. I set my hopes to high on this one I guess. When I was thinking about getting emancipated I was 17 and just turned 18 and just graduated at the semester and I think im ready to have a child and yes I can support it...Very well. My fiance and I have been trying for the past 2 months and nothing. Its hard to keep trying all the time. Does anyone have any advice or anything.
Anyhow...
Thanks to everyone and for your advice!!

You might want to go to the doctor and get a checkup done. Then from there they may be able to tell you if you have any kind of problem keeping you from concieving.Maybe after you have sex you run to the bathroom and it all comes out.My mother had unprotected sex with my father for 6 months before she conceived my sister. There was nothing wrong with her,it just didn't happen. Also my boyfriend ejaculated in me 3or 4 times right before my period and I am not pregnant.Maybe its not your time yet? :o
