Q: Pregnant Or Not?

Hello, I have a question Confused

My husband and I recently came from the hospital to find out I am not pregnant. At first the nurse said I was with the urine test, they did bloodwork and came back and said I am not pregnant.
My Question

is is it possible to still be pregnant with out finding the awnser in bloodwork? My last menstrul was on nov.19th and my periods never skipped a beat before until now.
Any advice would be appreciated thanx Smile

As far as I know a blood test is the most accurate test you can get
