I know there are tons of threads out there saying "could it be ms" but perhaps I could trouble you for one more read through. I'm 18, far too young in my opinion to have any health problems, but anyway...In the recent past, i've been developing vague symptoms that didn't really seem to connect with each other. For example, vertigo, hearing loss, trouble finding the right word to say and short term memory loss (after being a straight a honor student for years), muscle tightening in my leg and hip, headaches, occasional spasms, periferal vision loss, aching pains in my legs and back, fatigue, feeling of weakness in my legs, clumsiness...I could go on. None of them are severe or debilitating enough to stop me from my normal routine, but more of a nuisance. I stumbled upon the forum to see if anybody may seem to see something that may indicate ms. I would really appreciate it

Hi littlebadger,
what you've described are "typical" symptoms of ms, but then again they can be a number of other things. Just to be on the safe side, I would monitor them closely and maybe have your doctor refer you to a neurologist for an opinion/consultation. Since you are still very young and the symptoms are not that severe, you still may be able to nip this in the bud if anything. I know it sucks, believe me. But if all else at least you've spoken to a doctor, or have him order you a cat scan.
