My name is jennifer i'm new here. I just
gave birth to twins on dec. 6th. I was
wondering if anyone had any good weight
loss advice. Any diet pills that work?
Metabolife? Help if you can.

sorry, i'm not sure what to do about
weight loss. Haven't gotten there yet.

Are you breast feeding cuz if so u cant
take ne thing yet. Breast feeding helps u
burn calories and shrinks your uterus
faster. Nut if not I saw a commercial for
something new designed just for us mommies
with left over baby fat. I dont remember
the name but it was at like walgreens and
gnc

Awwwww... You had your baby's on my
birthday!!! How cool! Anyways I havent
had my baby yet but I really hope that I
can loose all my weight! I want to make
cheerleading. If I find out any thang I
will tell u.

after I had my son I wrapped my belly in
ace bandages ...Really really tight..And
did sit-ups everyday....That took my baby
fat away..Although I stopped doing
sit-ups...And a little of it came back
...Lol
