I’m not surprised that you have suffered
from a pilonoidal cyst and now have
problems with wound recovery after
surgical treatment. An infected wound
secretes puss and stinks. You can prevent
infection and help the wound dry by using
a spray containing antibiotic suspension
(i.e. bacitracin+neomycin). If the wound
is already infected you will need some
oral antibiotics beside local treatment.
You can go to the surgeon who treated you
for wound control and advice.
