Just wanted to let you guys know I had the surgery. It has been 12 days today. I am still on the percocet but the pain is getting less and less. I am having pins and needle feelings in the upper part of my legs but the pain is gone. I am also experienceing arm aches and my pinky on my left hand is totally numb I can't feel it at all. I wanted to let you know I ended up in intensive care after the surgery because my oxegen level dropped so low and I was having a hard time breathing. I haven't smoked in twelve days so maybe when I have the next surgery done in march it will be easier on me

This is good news, you are well on your way to feeling better. It is going to be a hard long road ahead and with the hard work you put in, the rewards can be amazing.

The best thing you said was that you have not smoked in 12 days. Please keep that going, that will aid you in healing so much faster along with good hard work you will be a marathon runner in no time. :)

not really but hey you gotta have goals... :) buttons, you are going to be so happy when you break free from this pain!

I have yet to be pain free but with the right combination of meds and an active schedule with no smoking and very little drinking, I can keep it at bey.

Keep us updated,
brian

Buttons,

keep up the good work, I would think that the pins and needle feelings are from the surgery and should lessen as time goes on. The after surgery recovery is serious business, take it seriously do your part and good luck on a full recovery.
