It sounds like your creating many
unessasary fears. If you infact believe
you are going to die from something such
as that peraphs you might want to perpare
for a long and hand full of hair life.
Since you have mentioned that you are
normally a happy healthy girl what makes
you think you have such a ill fate in your
favor? Have those headaches been any
different from the ones that you have had
previous? Could you be pregnant? Have
you done something to lead you to believe
you may die from such thing? Here is my
addvice. Take it for what it is. Talk to
people that you know have a greater
knowledge of such concerning symtoms.
Think how you want to live as a person.
What kind of legacy shall make your final
chapters. Have faith that there is one
who cares about your well being may it be
a friend family member or one with a
higher power. If you just wish to talk to
some one you can e-mail me although I have
a very busy shcudle and will do my best to
get back to you if you feel like you need
to express your concerns ok! Just so you
know I am cynthia. My e-mail is cynner
angel@yahoo.Com. Take care and rest
peacfully. I think you pri fine k.

Honestly, when I was a teenager, I didn't
think it was possible that i'd live to see
18, and then it was 21, then 25. I'm
happy to say, i'm now 28, but I still
worry about anything new that comes along.
Anything you are worried about is worth
mentioning to a doctor, but realize that,
as I have found out, you experience new
pains and symptoms as you get older but
most of them are due to your body going
through normal changes. On a strange
note, I had migraines until about the age
of 17 and then they went away. My
experience has been that it was usually
undernourishment, strenuous exercise,
stress, and puberty.

Same Problem Posted: 01-15-06 12:51pm
Im 19 and have the same problem. As soon
as I see a tv show or newes article about
someone dying I get trapped in negative
thought and start to worry that I to am
dying. I can't tell you how to stop it as
I am trying to do that myself, and to top
all that off its trned into me worrying
about all the people I care abouts state
of health. In a bid to combate this
though im going to book in to start seeing
a counseller, but something that has
helped me and may sound stupid is comedy.
I went out and bought lots of comedy
films, many things in the newes and on tv
are dark and bring us down. And yes bad
things happen people get ill, people die
we cant ignore this, but whatching comedy
films and shows we can be reminded that
life isn't all bad and by whatching theses
films we get to laugh, just try sitting
down and whatching 'friends' or another
funny show you love and I bet you'll feel
more posotive afterwards. It wont cure
the problem but it will help. Hope you
feel better soon hunny
