Also, pure fruit juces and herbal teas. But there could be a lot of additives in soft drinks, you know to perk you up. I would personally stay with natural broths and the above. Researchers say that this is in addition to drinks with any unnatural additives or cafeine. I love my english tea and occassional coffee. But then I keep up the extra water in spite. I do go on.
