Watery discharge is not a sign of pregnancy. The first sign of pregnancy is the lack of expected menstruation, which must be confirmed by a positive pregnancy test and an ultrasound.

The symptoms that you report (clear, very watery discharge), however, may be the result of a vaginal infection. You can check follow up out at your gynecologist's office in order to request examinations and receive a preliminary diagnosis.
