I am 48 years old. It seems that i'm either menstruating or have pms. My lower back always has pain and pelvic (lower abdomen) always has pain. Periods are very painful and short, usually 3 weeks apart which is normal for me. Wondering if this is endo? Had 3 large babies. The last child was born in 1984, and damaged my bladder (was blood in urine which went away). Have very frequent need to urinate, but not painful.
I regularly do pelvic tilts as part of my excercise routine, 30 a day.
