clear watery discharge
i'm having some of the same symptom as you, i got my period on 4\14\09, for 4 days, the first day it was light then went away, the next morning it came back and was heavy and stayed that way for the next 3 days. (i usually have my period for a 6-7 days) now i've been having at times (not all the time) like clear watery discharge, a few times i thought i was getting my period again, but it was just really wet down there (sorry tmi) and i just keep having that discharge. I also notice i just got to pee way more often, i took a home pregnancy test but they keep saying negative. So i'm not really to sure what to do, i just noticed i had the same symptoms as you and i just want to see what your opinion would be on my symptoms?

thanks!

I'm having a lot of thin/clear dicharge.
Hi, I'm having a lot of thin and clear discharge...it's a little strechy, as if i am ovulating. I know i'm not ovulating because my period is actually due in two days...what does this mean??? I was thinking that I might be pregnant due to the comments above, but i took a total of 4 pregnancy tests already and they all came out negative. They are the early pregnancy test and they should have been between 80-93% accurate since it is two days before my period. I going crazy and I don't want to take another test on the day after my period, because I think it would just kill me to get another negative and to find out that it's just a late period!!!

Hi there...I've gone through and read ALL of these posts dating back to a year ago, wow! In regards to this "watery discharge"...I had this happen to me shortly before my last period, and I believe just the one time. At that point in time, I had had a ROUGH month. I had about every sign of pregnancy known to man except the morning sickness. I was sure I was Pregnant considering my partner and I don't use protection, never felt a lot of these symptoms before(including darkening aureoles and heartburn), and been off the pill for three months. I was SURE I was knocked up, but then I got my period a couple days early, but it was not a normal period for me at all! Shorter, spotty and lighter than usual. This is also supposed to be common in pregnancy, so I've read...So basically I wasn't convinced that I was not preg. Took two tests after my weird period and negative. A lot of the symptoms have subsided since then as well. Turns out a lot of these preg symptoms can also be caused by a hormonal imbalance, which can be an effect of going off the pill. Or so I have read! Just a warning to anyone who has gone off the pill recently!! Took THREE MONTHS for this pill to get out of my system! I'm pretty mad about this! To have so many symptoms that you're told are preg symptoms, and find out you're still not!! Thanks anyway Sad

Different CM
I agree with sincere angel. I also track on mymonthlycycles.com, and have finally pinpointed my watery discharge the week before ov week. It soaks my panties and is clear and oderless. Yes, I feel it come out and I have been researching and haven't really found a reason for it. During ov you will usually have an eggwhite discharge to help the sperm stay alive and swim. Afterwards, it should begin to turn sticky to not allow anymore sperm to swim up. When you are prego, your cm turns into a milky discharge called leukorrhea. Sorry it this doesn't answer ? completely, but hope it helps! Baby dust to all!

watery discharge ..i am brestfeeding.. can i be preg again ?
have just had a baba.. on 15 November and am breastfeeding.. However... I have 3 children now.. My husband and i only had sex twice and i took a test last week convinced i was pregnant again.. i am all teary, cream crackered.. and have as of today loads lots of watery discharge and just a couple of days ago i had literally 2 spots of very light blood.
My tits are tender anyheeew and my Dreams never stopped being vivid. I am usually obsessed with fitness and weight, I was getting back into it and this week i cant drag myself out of the kitchen. I am non stop baking and making and the shuving the lot in my tum tums.. we last "did the deed " Sunday and i i am feeling suspicious.. sorry cant spell!! haha
it must be too early to take a test and i tried last week but was a negativitoto.. The watery discharge has been extreme today, feel like i am wetting myself. Nothing smells or iches and i have had it before but cant remember if it was linked to pregnancy.. i pay no attention. What do you think?

Ovulation and Watery Discharge Clear and thin
ok girls... like i had 2 periods in january when i removed my "iud" mirena .. I took it out right about the week before christmas . Since then in Jan, 2-20 ,2010

I have had 2 periods in the same month.. I told my doc about that and she said it was normal because of my mirena removal. Well I am a week away and now have watery clear discharge and myhusband and I are trying for a boy ... and we of course tried during ovulation before and after since ovulation is only good for 24-48 hrs ... I don't know what this could mean ... I know it's not ovulation ... since that is over ... maybe a positive sign i don't know ... i bought a preg test , but don't want to get a neg sign .... breast feel bigger though and urinate frequently ... I hope this means im prego.... & &

The watery clear discharge and being turned on can easily be explained. They are both caused by ovulation. It is reaching the highest peak and it is the easiest to get pregnant.

Changes in Cervical Mucus (CM): During your cycle, you should be able observe and record changes in the look and feel of cervical fluids (also referred to as cervical mucus, or CM). When it comes to examining cervical fluid, there are three referential poles for determining fertility patterns: the amount of CM present, the appearance/color of CM, and the texture of CM. On another referential axis - and based on these descriptive factors above - you will be able to determine if you are experiencing Non-Fertile CM, Transitional CM, or Fertile CM.

Non-Fertile CM: When you are not fertile, cervical fluids will be scant or not present at all. You may experience sensations of dryness, or your cervical mucus will be sticky, firm, and will not stretch between the fingertips (it will break). Non-fertile CM will hold its form. From a visual standpoint, non-fertile cervical mucus will be opaque (can't see through it) and of a white or yellow color. You'll experience non-fertile CM both early and late in your cycle.

Transitional CM: As you approach your ovulation date, estrogen-based hormones flood the body and facilitate changes in the structure of cervical fluids. Now, you'll start to see an increase in the amount of CM, as well as tactile and visual changes. Transitional CM will start to thin out, will be less able to hold its shape (from a formal or structural standpoint), and should become less sticky. While the color may remain white or yellow, you may be able to view a translucent quality to the CM.

Fertile CM: Around the time you ovulate, you should be able to observe big changes in the quality and quantity of CM. CM should be abundant, thin (even watery to some degree) and very stretchy: In fact, it should be able to stretch between your fingers without breaking and will not hold its form. To the eye, fertile cervical fluids will be more transparent and if you hold it up to light, you may be able to see through it to some degree.

This should help!!
