Hello. I have a severe pain in my left pelvic area right around where my ovary is. I have had it for a couple weeks now and I cannot sleep. I thought I might have been pregnant, which I wasn't. I have been feelin very faint and naseated alot more. My period is usually about 7 days, thsi time around it started on a fri then stopped completly. Then started again on the sunday and was done on the tues night. Stopped and now I have a little more blood showing. I had an ultrasound done, but they only found a small cyst in the right uteran wall. They told me to go back in 10 days for another ultrasound, but i'm frustrated. No tylenol is helping or anything to ease the pain. Is there anyone out there who can help me out or who has been through it? I do have pcos as well, so it might be something with that I don' t know!!! I was reading about endometriosis and that sounds like my symptoms too. Please help me!!
Thanks! :?

Yes all symptoms you are telling me point exactly to pcos! Are you on birth control pills? Many women who have pcos are well treated with birth control pills, they help to keep the cysts smaller. Definately seek advice from your doc.
