I'm trying to get some really upbeat songs
for working out to....I'm a country fan
and most the songs aren't really 'up-beat'
so I was just looking for some good (non
country =( ) songs
so far all I have is
holler back girl (wierd...)
calling batton roung (...Thats
country...But I couldn't help it..)
mambo #5 (old school lol, just goes to
show how limited my music is)

I have found the best way to lose stomach
fat is dance. No certain moves and fancy
steps but sensual dance like hip hop is
ok. But shekiras cd laundry service. And
also black eyed peas elephunk. Or monkey
business. Great cds try belly dance
moves. And what I call the booty dance.
Trying to keep your torso and stomach
tight and still while moving your hips in
smooth circles with your legs bent some.
It will help even with love handles. And
its more fun than crunches
