Gallbladder Disorder: Surgery Or Alternative Treatment?
Posted: 01-11-06 17:20pm

On 6 january 2006, I was diagnosed with gallbladder distorder as the ultrasound revealed 3 or 4 gallstones. Surgical removal was recommended. I have agreed to proceed, but am having second thoughts.

A "google" search turned up a site called "sensiblehealth.Com" in which an alternative approach of several steps using chinese traditional medical techniques and specifically "gold coin grass" in tincture form plus intestinal cleansing and gallbladder flush.

Right now the pain is in the 1, 2, or 3 level whereas the initial attack on 30 december 2005 was at 8 or 9 and resulted in an emergency room visit to determine if my heart was at fault.

The reason I am thinking twice about surgery is that I had had another medical condition diagnosed and the first surgeon recommend a surgical approach - a long standing theraphy, but with potential adverse impacts. I went for a second opinion and the second surgeon recommended a "conservative" approach based on diet and other home-based remedies. I am reasonably happy now and have advoided the possible risks that the surgical approach may have posed. In other words, I am not adverse to trying alternative approaches if these provide a path to avoid surgery.

I am curious to the experiences of others with gallbladder disorder and whether or not anyone has tried the protocol recommended in "sensiblehealth.Com" and what the outcome was?

My surgery is scheduled for next week so I have a little time and the pain is manageable. Any response would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I have decided to go the alternate route. I did not have stones, but I did have a low ejection fraction of 17% . I've been told gallbladders are not performing well if they register below 35%. Is this nuts or what??? I guess this is what I get for eating all the cheese, nuts, burgers... If only I had taken better care of myself... Well, I have treated my symptoms w/ a variety of things.

This is what I take:

choline ( for function) 350mg a day
i juice beets( thin out bile)
take magnesium supplement to calm my system

there is no one thing you can do to clear it up. Some claim that the gallbladder flush is the answer. If you only have a few stones and they are relitively small, then by all means: flush

here is another place you can go:

curezone.Com

hulda clarks flush
