I'm about 15 weeks pregnant and the other night I felt strange "whooshing" going on in my lower abdomen. Is it possible that this is the baby?

Some people say that you can't feel any movements in there until you are further along, but I know I started feeling little things in there a lot sooner. If you feel sensations that you have nerver felt before and you are pretty sure that it's your baby, than it's your baby!!

I always said to myself that I knew it was my baby and the little feelings just kept getting stronger and stronger as time goes on, and right at this moment, he's kicking me pretty hard too!!!

Could/could Not Be....
Is this your 1st child?? Doctors say that if you have already been pregnant, than you are more likely to feel the movements sooner. Every pregnancy is extreemely different so it's hard to say. Were you thin when you conceived. (this as in really skinny.) I was and felt the movements sooner than everyone expected. I am 25 weeks now and you can see my baby kicking!!! It's crazy!!!!

Hey! I am 25 weeks also and I was very skinny when I conceived and I can see my baby kicking and moving around in there too!!!!

Two days ago I was just sitting on the couch and I could feel him moving when all of a sudden my fiancee pointed at my belly and said "look!!" he saw my belly moving from where he was at (i had my shirt lifted up), he was soo excited!

Lol..
Have you noticed that the baby is kicking in 2 places now instead of just one. I always sit at home with my belly out! Lol..It;s my 1st baby and I don't want to miss a minute!! Lol...My fiance was having a hard time feeling with his hand....Now he watches it!! It's the most amazing thing I could ever experience.

That's So Funny!
I have the same situation. The little one would be kicking and just jumping around in there so much but as soon as I put my fiance's hand on my belly he would just stop!

So now he watches my belly too!

I have noticed that he kicks in more places. Sometimes it's on my right side and sometimes on my left (that's usually below my belly-button) than, I think he goes head down because I start feeling the kicks higher up. It's so funny! I just try to imagine him doing all those things in there!Lol

it's my first too so I am trying not miss a thing either!

Lol...
I'm starting to get a lot more above the belly button kicks as well...Talk about insane!!! My fiance asks what it feels like and I push his belly and say..Now imagine that on the inside!! I swear he is more excited than I am!! Lol..Doubt that but it's pretty close!!

My baby is starting to respond to his voice a lot. Its almost as soon as he starts talking the baby goes bizzerk!!! At first I thought it was my imagination, but we started testing it out and the baby really is stimulated by his voice.

When are you due?

Well, I first had my due date for april 23rd from the u/s that I had done but last doctor's visit he said my belly was a little small so I went to another u/s and they said her measured around a week smaller. So they said maybe until may 1st. Soooo.... We'll see. They come when they feel like it anyway

this is hilarious... I noticed the same thing with my baby and his daddy!!! It's happened 3 times already. When my fiancee was speaking loudly the lil' one started jumping around in there too lol!!!!

I just started my 14th week, and i'm pretty sure i'm starting to feel the baby. Every now and then I feel a tickle on the inside down around my uterus. My sister who has had 2 kids tells me that it's prolly the baby. It's so cool, all I can do is grin when I feel it. I'm extremely petite so it's not surprising that i'm feeling things so soon.

13 Weeks And 3 Days
Hello girls, I just wanted to throw my experiance in too...Lol.. Anyway this is my second pregnacy, I have a daughter who is 3 and I didn't feel her move until after I had my first braxton hicks contraction about 21 weeks, partly I didn't know I was prego until 20 weeks, and partly becuz I didn't know what I was supposed to be feeling for, but now, this pregnancy I know I have had gas, but starting about 11 weeks I started to get woosh feeling, not a bubble feeling like from the gas, and if I had gas, it came out, lol.. And with the woosh it was there and then gone, nothing else, I didn't even think it could be the baby until about the 3 or 4 time I felt it, now I am 13 weeks, and its not something that I feel all the time, but after my uterus contracts I can feel it if I am laying down!!! But again its not something that I feel all the time, maybe once a day every few days...Also I think it is partly becuz this is my second pregnacy and partly becuz I am so thin, I weigh 110...

I am not sure when I started feeling my baby move I have had a lot of consipation so I wasn't sure if it was the baby or gas, but now she kicks and moves and flipps around and every thing. I love it. I can't quite feel her move with like my hand or anything yet, but she does move around a lot when she hears her daddy.

It's so fun
