I just start charting my bbt. I just had
eggwhite cf and yesterday I saw a 0.4
degree temperature shift, which I believe
indicate ovulation. However this morning
my bbt went down to what was before the
ovulation temperature. Is this normal?

Hello,
was your temp shift up 0.4 or down 0.4?
When you ovulate your temp dips, then you
get a sustained thermal shift that gives
you temps higher than your pre-o temps.
Below is a link to my current chart to
give you an idea(i hope i'm allowed to do
this  & I hope it works, if
not maybe type it into the address bar)
