I just start charting my bbt. I just had eggwhite cf and yesterday I saw a 0.4 degree temperature shift, which I believe indicate ovulation. However this morning my bbt went down to what was before the ovulation temperature. Is this normal?

Hello,

was your temp shift up 0.4 or down 0.4? When you ovulate your temp dips, then you get a sustained thermal shift that gives you temps higher than your pre-o temps.
