Hi. I am having similar symptoms. I thought it was possibly a blood clot. It seemed like a slight itch in various parts of my body, mostly in the lymph system. Recently I have had increasing symptoms in my head. After working on the computer for 15 hours I would walk up the stairs and it would feel like my forehead walked into a spiderweb but it was more numbing. I can feel the veins near my eyes and several places in my head. They always appear in the exact same places. I have also experienced my left pinky finger becoming totally numb while lying down. I am also really sensitive to cold damp weather. I am from aspen and the cold dry weather does effect me, just the humid cold. I thought a while back a may have had worms living in Mexico because of itching and crawling sensations in my anus, mostly at night when about asleep. I don't know what is going on, but I don't have insurance yet and I'm trying to wait until I get it, as if it a serious problem I don't have money for treatment.
I hope it is stress and anxiety related, but I do not feel either except for the fact that thinking I may have something that could be life threatening does cause anxiety.
The wost part of it was the numbness in my head. I was a pretty heavy weed smoker, and that seemed to make it worse. I have since quit because of the symptoms.
In parts of my head it still feels numb and tingling. I could, like some others on here, visualize blood clots or something circulating through my body.
For example, I would feel an itch on my arm, and I would see that it is right exactly where a vein is. I felt this in my arm pits, legs, head, around the eyebrows and bridge my nose.
I have also had pain in my heart, and also on my right upper lung side, as well as pain in my left arm. I work on the computer for 12-15 hour days, which I thought may be related to the typing but these are either dull pains or itching/tingling sensations that usually move or go away when applying pressure to them and they come and go quickly. One night, I was having an anxiety attach and almost went to the ER. I could feel stronger sensations in my veins, including in my finger tips and toes that was much more intense and did not go away by putting pressure or scratching.
I'm pretty sure it's something physical, but I do not know much about the neurological system. I would imagine that the symptoms would come and go more if it was anxiety related, but they are starting to seem more and more consistent, and are there every day.
I drank an insane amount of red bull at work and don't know if that could factor into the equation along with smoking.
I sure do with that the word "pre-existing condition" didn't exist and that for MRI and CT scans that just use electricity weren't so absurdly priced.
Does this sound like anyone else?
