Everyone post what is working for you so
far. Here's mine.
No more than 100g of carbohydrates per
day. Breakfast consists of half of an
avocado, two eggs, and half a serving of
brewer's yeast. Each meal following (one
every two hours) has 10g of protein at
first (first four meals), 8g of
carbohydrates roughly and half a serving
of berries (strawberries, blueberries,
blackberries, or raspberries). These are
only eaten for the first four meals, not
after. Meals following drop the fruit
and keep the carbohydrates at the same
level while raising the protein to 15-20g.
Bedtime snack has a bit more and
includes another half serving of brewer's
yeast.

I usually have a hand ful of left over
christmas chocolate for
breastfast....Around 10 am I fill up my
first glass of pepsi...When that is gone I
fill another, and grab some more
chocolate. Noon time I rifle through the
cubboard to see if there is anything
salty.....Find some crackers and dips..
And another glass of pepsi...

Sure, it's easy. Keep in mind that at
first you'll probaby feel pretty awful,
then better, and then bad for perhaps
several weeks until you get better.
I've heard it take months for some people
to get back to normal. Unfortunately
for me, I just gathered most of my
information like two months ago and such
so I had to pick and mix until I figured
it all out. I basically cut out all
fruit at first. I counteracted this by
eating a ton of complex carbohydrates,
mainly beans and whole grains. Then,
when the symptoms came back I cut back on
that, removed the beans completely
(shouldn't have them for awhile) and the
grain. I've increased protein intake
to about 120g a day and keep carbohydrates
around 80g maximum for now. I have
starting eating one strawberry with a
meal, that's it. Really helped so far.
Expect daily changes and woes for
awhile. As far as foods, here is what
you should do.
Meats
you can pretty much have anything, but try
to steer clear of shellfish.
Everything else should be organic, don't
mess around. Eggs should be free range
with omega 3.
Milk
i have trouble with it, so i've been
cutting back. Only go for raw,
especially with cheese. Organic, of
course.
Fruits/vegetables
ditto on the organic. Squash (spagetti
mainly) is especially good because its
loaded with tons of nutrients and you can
easily get your total carbohydrates in a
day with just this. However, avoid the
following for now: potatoes (all
products), corn (all products), black eyed
peas, large amounts of broccoli, and lima
beans. You may find certain vegetables
effect you as well. Onions can be
suspect if you eat too many of them, as
well as mushrooms. For fruits,
absolutely completely avoid bananas,
prunes, grapes and all dried fruits.
Try to eat fruits with limited sugar, such
as berries, in small amounts. It's
real easy to eat a few more to increase
sugar without going overboard or having to
cut them into pieces or something.
Avocados are good because they actually
suppress insulin production, but only eat
one half a day tops.
Drinks
i only drink water. I've heard some
use juice cut with equal water or a lot of
water, but absolutely avoid grape juice.
Obviously, avoid all crappy junk food,
processed food, you name it. Read
labels all the time, you'll be surprised
how many foods have sugar added. It's
really kind of disturbing after awhile.
Hope that helps, let me know if you have
any questions. You can snack on nuts,
try to make them organic and raw, never
roasted or covered in oil. For fat I
also take down a ton of organic virgin
olive oil. Coconut oil is good too.

One more thing, rotate your foods. Don't
eat the same thing every day unless you
have no choice and try to not eat the same
thing for four days. Mix meats so that
one day you are eating a more dense meat,
like steak, and the next less dense like
haddock.
