Q: Lump Behind Ear

Hi,
i'm not sure wheteher its serious or not but I have two small hard seamingly gland like lumps behind my left ear. There is no pain and my hearing is perfect.
Please help

Well im not sure but its been around for a while and had no change in size, it has never shown above the skin either

It could be a swollen gland. Do you or have you had a cut near the area?
