I started taking wellbutrin sr about two weeks ago. I (cut)quarter the 100 sr and take only 25 mg. Once in the morning. This is the only antideppressant that has helped me considerably. I feel like getting up in the morning. I have good energy. I stay focused. I am 98% better in my impulsive behavior. My mood swings are 80% better. The only things I don't like are i've gained 7 pounds and I did experience constipation which has gotten a little better.I'm not eating any more than usual and I excersice plenty. I heard if you up your dose it might balance out. Has any one else expeienced this and does your body usually re-ajust???

Ive just been taken off wellbutrin xl 150 mg because of all the freaky side effects. I think it did make me gain some weight because I was about 10lbs skinnier before I started taking it. It gave me a rapid heartbeat and it also made me pee a lot I know that sounds weird but I swear to god its true.

Im on that med now and gained about 10 pounds! I still feel "broken". I feel like I eat more cuz it makes me feel better for a little bit but the worthless feeling comes back. I hope they up my dose to 300milgrams a day, thats the normal dose for a depressed person( from what I read). I feel so alone in the world and am scared it will get worse. I live for others not myself. I wish it wasent like that but what can I do? so I go through the motions of the day and go to bed. No joy in anything....See your not alone!
