I'm currently 8 weeks pregnant/ 6 weeks from conception (not sure why the calendar adds 2 weeks, but, whatever...). Someone told me that your chances of miscarriage greatly reduces after 8 weeks. Is this true? And if so, is it 8 weeks from conception or 8 weeks according to the 2 weeks calendar? Does anyone know? It's my first pregnancy and i'm not exactly dialed into the process yet...
