I have just read hope and help for your nerves by claire weekes. I purchased the book off ebay for $20.00 and it is excellent. Thanks to rick for suggesting this book, it has helped me and it will help anyone that chooses to read it!

I absolutely love that book! I bought for 6 bucks at border's! I felt like I was reading a book on my life!!! I recommend to anyone concerned with any strange symptoms!!!

I had my first panic attack 24 years ago and have read a lot of books on anxiety. Hope and help for your nerves by claire weekes is the best book i've ever read on the subject. I think it's called essential help for your nerves in the uk. If you want to do something about anxiety, spare yourself wasted time like I did on books that barely help and just get this one. You won't regret it.
