Q: Eye Infection

I have had something what seems to be a lot like this before.My right eye seems to be sore and I just cant stop itching it which makes it worse.I reakon there is an infection there because about 9 year ago I had an infection what started of in the same way but gradually got worse.

What should I do if it doesnt shift in a day or 2
