there is a treatment that actually has helped my 2 month old son to have less pain and also get more sleep. I am normally very skeptical of anything that is labled as "all natural" or "organic" but this stuff is fantastic. We bought a bottle of it yesterday after I read about it on the huggies forum. It is not cheap and you only get 24 treatments in one bottle but this stuff has changed our world in about 24 hours.

The active ingredients are:
sodium (as sodium bicarbonate) 14mg/tsp
ginger extract (zingiber officinale) (root) 5mg/tsp
fennel extract (foeniculum vulgare) (seed) 4mg/tsp

this stuff is similar to alka seltzer but it does not effervese. If mylacon or little tummies simethacone does not help. Try this stuff. We were pulling our hair out trying to help get this baby out of distress and finally gripe water came along and we have not had to give him another drop of the simethacone treatment.
