My boyfriend is experiencing a lot of pain, swelling, and a slight fever around his nipples from my excessive sucking and biting on them. Though I thought I was gentle, apparently I broke the skin broke on the left nipple, and it has been getting progressively worse as the days go by, and now both are really sensitive. He's too embarrassed to go to a doctor for help, and we looked on the internet for help, but has anyone ever experienced this before? What did you do? The internet suggests getting antibiotics to treat it, but if he's too embarrassed to go, that's out of the question... Thanks!
