Thanks for your reply Joanne.
To be honest from what I've heard from you and read from other people whom have tried Rejuvi doesn't sound like its worth trying as it's obviously not going to give the results I want! If it's only going to fade the tattoo plus create scar tissue I didn't already have I'd rather keep it how it is.
I did assume Rejuvi sounded too good to be true, and wondered why it hadn't be nationally advertised, as if it did work as it says it does it would have been.
Think I'm going to look more into laser as it has had many people who have been happy with the results with before and after photo's to prove this... Just have to make sure I find someone whom is good with lasering to minimise the chance of scarring.
I think it's just a shame so many people have been conned into this rejuvi thing, only to be more disappointed with their tattoo than they were originally, and also out of pocket.
I did read a post elsewhere of a women who had 2 small initials rejuvied out with one session and it worked with no scarring. This is, may I add, the only post I've seen where someone has supported rejuvi in saying that their tattoo has been removed. However I'm assuming that was perhaps because the initials were small?... I think with a tattoo of my size and block of dark colour it wouldn't work... ah well. Back to the drawing board. No pun intended Smile
Regards, Carmen.

rejuvi.. too good to be true?
i have a tattoo on my chest that is about 2 years old and is not very deep and not very dark. sounds to me like this rejuvi system is 'for me'. but i am skeptical. i have read some pros and cons on forums. i also have looked up information on oxford websites. but obviously speak positively of it to sell their product system.. i am looking for input of anyone who has used this system and how their experience and their outcome is like. i would greatly appreciate it.

Keloid scar as a result of Rejuvi treatment
I've had one treatment at the Oxford clinic - using Rejuvi cream and ended up with a massive keloid scar!!! Let me advise everyone DO NOT use Rejuvi cream. I wish I've done more research before going ahead with the treatment. I've rather have a tattoo than the scar I've ended up with. Please do not make the same mistake as me.

Happily discuss this within this forum.
I have followed the instruction of after care as given to me by the Oxford clinic - but ended up with a massive scar. I have been advised by them, that it is my skin type, however I've noticed many other posts with the same message- of having a large Keloid scar as a result of the treatment. Also, why was I not warned that my skin type is likely to scar.
I have been fooled to believe I am safe - as a student doctor have done the removal for me. However, after a visit to a dermatologist - who was horrified to see the scar, and advise me to make sure that no one else go ahead with Rejuvi cream treatment. The Royal Free Hospital in London - is HNS regulated private clinic, which offers laser tattoo removal. If you still want to have the tattoo removed - go via this clinic.
Please DO NOT go via Oxford skin clinic and use this type of treatment!!!!

had the treatment done a week ago..
I went to oxford clinic in london to have tattoo on my chest removed. i've got it done exactly a week ago and the scab is starting to form. the tattoo is still covered with the special cream the guy injected.
I can see the tattooed area raised from the skin and the inked bits are hard. i am optimistic about it.

on scarring issue, if your tattoo is raised from your skin (bumpy), then the skin is already scarred. this is due to poorly done tattoo and it will likely to leave scars after the treatment but that'll be the same even for laser. the skin is already scarred and nothing can be done. i had my treatment done knowing this.
also the chance of scarring with depend heavily on how you look after the treated area. it needs to be kept dry, clean around the area to prevent infection, and let it scab off naturally.

i'll keep you guys updated on my tattoo.

I had my two tattoos treated on July 30th, in one tattoo nearly ALL of the ink has come out, and the other around 80% has come out. I'm due for my second treatment in around 2 weeks time. THe one on my stomach has flattened, the scarring and redness has gone in the places where the ink remains, but is raised and pink in the places where its all gone. Aparently this is a result of excess collagen under the skin and will go down eventually. Its not as bad as it was, and is all documented on F B. The other one is completely flat and not red at all. She did it with a semi permaent makeup machine, I'm absolutely over the moon. The bumpy bits are still a little tender and itchy, however the size of this area has reduced greatly and the areas where its started to flatten are not red or scarred! A nyone else got any pics of theirs?? I'd love to see pics!

Hello,

I am considering having two tattoos removed but am a little bit nervous as to this type of treatment. One tattoo on my foot is not raised but a small portion of one on my back is ever so slightly raised, does this mean the skin has scarred and cannot be removed?
I am hoping for complete removal but is this ever possible?
Thanks for any replies x
